Our History and Future

We founded Customs Manager Ltd at the height of Brexit because there was a desperate need for expert knowledge and advice for EU and UK businesses requiring professional customs support. As a multilingual firm, we were one of the few companies able to explain new UK customs laws and their practical application to British, German, French, Spanish, and other EU businesses in their local language. This allowed them to set up robust, compliant post-Brexit supply chains that actually worked.


As a result, today we are the leading customs support service firm offering UK companies an integrated set of services, ensuring they gain, keep, or grow their market share in the EU. We also support EU firms in gaining, keeping, or growing their market share in the UK by overcoming Brexit-related customs barriers.
Today, across Europe, we have offices in the UK and Germany, where we can meet clients, deliver in-person training, and host events.


Since 2025, in response to significant international trade disruptions due to tariff announcements by the Trump II administration, we have replicated our successful approach for the American market. We are proud to have launched our New York office in downtown New York, enabling us to offer our integrated 4-in-1 service across the US. We have partnered with expert customs advisors and U.S. customs specialists to deliver a wide range of support services, including bespoke consultancy, U.S. customs, export controls, and sanctions training, U.S. trade intelligence and customs clearance for North America.
